Tokū is an island in Tonga . It belongs to the Vavaʻu archipelago , but is far away in the northwest, about halfway to Fonualei .
geography
Tokū is the tip of a separate seamount. It is located about 19.7 km southeast of Fonualei.
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of Tonga, Tokū is occasionally hit by cyclones .
