Tom Vek
Tom Vek (born Tom Vernon Kell in London on May 10, 1981 ) is a British musician.
Career
He signed to London indie label Tummy Touch in 2001 after writing and recording songs for eight years in his parents' garage. The recordings for Vek's debut album “We Have Sound” took place parallel to his graphic design doctorate . It was finally completed in mid-2004, but only after licensing by Go! Beat Records to be released on April 4, 2005.
Tom Vek's music is a mix of indie rock and electronic music. Vek contributed in 2008 with his song One Horse Race for Grand Theft Auto IV with soundtrack, a B-side of his single Nothing But Green Lights was. Vek was also featured on the Forza Horizon soundtrack in 2012 with his song Aroused . The song is part of his second album Leisure Seizure .
