Tomasz Malmon (* 14. February 1970 ) is a from Poland originating Handball coach and former handball player.

Tomasz Malmon played on the right backcourt position from 1986 to 1994 at KS Vive Kielce , with whom he was two-time Polish champions, then at BM Valladolid , TV Jahn Hiesfeld , Oldenburger TB and VfL Fredenbeck . During his playing days, the 1.94 meter Pole weighed 98 kilograms. He was also in the squad for the Polish men's national handball team .

From the 2010/2011 season to March 2012, he coached VfL Fredenbeck in the 3rd division , where he signed a two-year contract in March 2010. Before that, he was a coach at SG Achim / Baden from 2007 , with whom he managed to get promoted immediately after being relegated from the second division to the fourth-class league, and before that he was a trainer in Fredenbeck. His contract in Fredenbeck was terminated in March 2012. At the beginning of the 2012/2013 season in the major league, he switched to SG Achim / Baden.

He has two daughters with his wife.
