The half-timbered courtyard at Tomper Strasse 27 is located in the Hardt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was in the 18./19. It was built in the 19th century and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 4, 1984 under No. T 001 .

Tomper Straße is located in the Hardt district in the immediate vicinity of the town center. Object no. 27 is linked to several buildings no. 21 and no. 25 from the 18th to 19th centuries.

The courtyard complex at Tomper Strasse No. 27 is U-shaped on three sides. On the street is a single-storey gate building with a half- hip roof .
