The courtyard complex at Tomper Strasse No. 27 is U-shaped on three sides. On the street is a single-storey gate building with a half- hip roof . The street front is closed in brick masonry with a service entrance. To the west the former stable building . The house is a half-timbered construction with a crooked hip roof.
