The Toms Harbor Keys are two small islands in the Florida Keys . The two islands, which have no official name of their own, together cover an area of around 46 acres (18.6 hectares ). You are in the middle of the island chain 470 meters south of the Overseas Highway between the larger islands of Duck Key (260 meters east across the Duck Key Channel ) and Grassy Key (370 meters northwest). Together with these, the Toms Harbor Keys form an anchorage called Toms Harbor .

The Toms Harbor Keys, like the neighboring larger island of Grassy Key to the west, have been part of the city of Marathon since 1999 . The southern of the two islands represents the easternmost area of the city of Marathon.

Both islands are uninhabited and overgrown with mangroves. The northern island is roughly round and slightly smaller at 8.7 hectares. The southern island is elongated and covers an area of 9.9 hectares.
