The Toolse River ( Estonian Toolse jõgi ) flows in northern Estonia .

The Toolse River is 15 miles long. Its catchment area covers 84.7 km².
The river has its source about six kilometers north of Mõdriku in Lääne-Viru County . In Andja an early 19th century leads built stone bridge over the river.
It flows into the North Estonian Bay of Kunda in the Baltic Sea between Kunda and Toolse .
