The Topçam Dam ( Turkish Topçam Barajı ) is located 25 km southeast of the provincial capital Aydın in the western Turkish province of the same name on Madran Çayı, a right tributary of the Çine Çayı in the catchment area of the Great Meander .
The district town of Çine is 10 km south of the dam. The Topçam Dam was built on behalf of the state water authority DSİ for the purpose of irrigation and flood protection in the years 1977–1985. The barrier structure is a 56 m high stone embankment dam . The dam volume is 3.27 million m³. The associated reservoir covers an area of 4.4 km² and has a storage volume of 97.7 million m³. The dam is used to irrigate an area of 4300 ha.
