Tour Opus 12 (formerly Tour PB12 and Tour Crédit Lyonnais ) is the name of a high-rise in the Paris suburb of Puteaux in the office district of La Défense . The high-rise was built in 1973, making it one of the first generation of high-rise buildings in La Défense. When it was completed in 1973, the 100 meter high office tower was the twelfth tallest in the La Défense business district. The building has 27 floors and an area of ​​approximately 34,000 square meters. The building was designed by the architects Jean Dubuisson and Jean-Pierre Jausserand.

Extensive renovation work took place between 2002 and 2004. The building was widened by 3.50 meters to the east and 60 centimeters on all other sides. The architects for the renovation were Valode et Pistre.

The office tower is the Metro station La Defense and the La Defense station to the public transport in the Paris bound.
