The Tower Plaza (sometimes Tower Plaza Condominiums ) is a skyscraper in the US city of Ann Arbor , Michigan . The 26-story building has an architectural height bpm 81.5 meters, making it the tallest building in Ann Arbor. It was completed in 1969 and has an international style. Originally it only consisted of apartments until they were converted into condominiums in 1987. Since the building is relatively tall for the size of the city, a height limit was set for Ann Arbor shortly after it was completed. It is located near the University of Michigan .
