Backing paper

As a carrier paper is impregnated , coated or coated paper referred to. It prevents the material applied from sticking permanently.

Today, carrier paper is mainly used as temporary protection for the adhesive surfaces of stickers , self-adhesive labels or similar products until they are used as intended. In the past it was also used in photography, for example in roll film .
