Dilafruz Imomhusanova ( Russian Дилафруз Имомхусанова Dilafrus Imomchusanowa ; born March 11, 1986 ) is an Uzbek summer biathlete in the cross-country style.

Dilafruz Imomhusanova competed in four Junior World Championships in summer biathlon between 2004 and 2007. She only achieved noteworthy results during her last participation in Otepää . In the mass start, Imomhusanova was ninth, with the relay that also included Zarema Mamedowa, Anusar Junusow and Ruslan Nasirov , she finished fourth and just missed a medal. She has been competing in the senior sector since 2008. At the Asian Open Summer Biathlon Championships in 2008 in Cholponata , the Uzbek won the gold medal in the individual, finished sixth in the sprint and just missed another medal in fourth in the pursuit.
