The Trade Union Congress of Namibia (TUCNA; German  Trade Union Congress of Namibia ) is one of the three major trade union confederations in Namibia . It emerged in 2002 from the Namibia Federation of Trade Unions (NAFTU) and the Namibia People's Social Movement (NPSM) . TUCNA has 13 individual unions with 62,000 members under its umbrella united.

TUCNA is a member of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC).

Unlike the National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW), TUCNA expressly distances itself from the ruling SWAPO .
