Transfix (diplomacy)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A transfix or annex is a document that is attached ( transfixed ) to another document that is somehow related to its content in order to specify or supplement its content. This can be done, for example, by connecting two or more documents with a ribbon and sealing them together.
