Transforma
The artist group Transforma was founded in 2001 by Luke Bennett, Baris Hasselbach and Simon Krahl in Berlin . Since then she has been involved in experimental film, audio-video installations, live cinema and audio-video performance.

Transforma's work is presented internationally. Among others: Moscow International Biennale for Young Art, Artworks Berlin, CTM Festival Berlin, Art.Ware Festival Hong Kong, Todays Art Den Haag, Sophiensaele Berlin, Volksbühne Berlin , Nemo Festival Paris, Märkisches Museum Berlin , LEV Festival Gijón, Sequences Festival Reykjavík.
In 2010, the work 'Asynthome' was created in collaboration with the French video artist Elie Blanchard (Yro). An audio-video stage performance that the artist's studio places on the stage and gives the audience a parallel view of the process of making an experimental film and of the film itself.
In 2013, the work 'War and Peace' was created in cooperation with the musician Apparat . An audio-visual concert based on Apparats music for Sebastian Hartmann's eponymous production at the Deutsches Theater Berlin.
In addition, other collaborations with various musicians, bands, dance and theater productions have emerged. Among others Barbara Morgenstern , T. Raumschmiere , Dieter Meier , OST, Chloé, Funkstören , Phon.o, Alex Banks, Fatima Al Qadiri , Sonia Mota, Shed, Goldfrapp .
Transforma holds workshops and lectures on the subject of audio-video performances. Among others: University of the Arts Berlin , University of Design and Printing Leipzig, University of Hamburg , Sophiensaele Berlin.
