The Trappistinnenkloster Ampibanjinana is a 1996 monastery of Trappist nuns in Fianarantsoa in Madagascar .

history

In 1996, nuns of the Campénéac monastery founded a daughter monastery in Madagascar, where the Maromby male monastery had existed since 1958 . The monastery, called Monastera Masina Maria , was elevated to a priory in 2004 . It is 16 km from the center of Fianarantsoa.
