Trinet et Trinette is a Franco-Belgian comic created by Jijé .
The story of a first flight to a remote Himalayan peak that the titular heroes undertake with their uncle was published between November 1939 and April 1941 as Trinet et Trinette dans l'Himalaya in Spirou . The outbreak of war in May 1940 led to an interruption that lasted until November. With Du sang sur la neige , Jijé began a new adventure in May 1941 that was discontinued after just a few pages, but eleven years later served as the basis for an episode by Blondin and Cirage .
Magic Strip released the album in 1984. The cover picture is from Yves Chaland . In 2001 the work was also part of the 16th volume of the complete edition Tout Jijé .
