history
In 1923 the company "Trinyčiai" was founded. In Soviet Lithuania "Trinyčiai" consisted from 1976 of Klaipėdos medvilnės verpimo fabrikas "Trinyčiai" , Audimo fabrikas "Gulbė" and Kauno Petrausko medvilnės verpimo fabrikas ( Kaunas ). In 1982 it was produced to the value of 81.7 million rubles . From November 26, 1990 to March 18, 1993 there was Klaipėdos valstybinė įmonė "Trinyčiai" . From March 18, 1993 to July 2, 2008 there was Akcinė bendrovė "Trinyčiai". The bankruptcy proceedings were opened in the Klaipėda District Court . In 2003 there were 234 employees. Then UAB "Baltijos verpimo centras" was established.
