Trude from Molo
Trude von Molo (born December 22, 1906 in Vienna , † November 27, 1989 in Paris ) was an Austrian actress .
Live and act
She was the daughter of the writer Walter von Molo and the twin sister of Conrad von Molo . She grew up in Berlin. There she completed her artistic training with Mary Wigman, among others, and played on various stages in the city on the Spree. She was best known in 1931 for her leading role in the film Der Raub der Mona Lisa , a successful crime comedy.
Trude von Molo, who was briefly married to the director Kurt Bernhardt , ended her career as an actress in 1934. She emigrated to Latin America and later went to the USA. In 1987 she received the gold film tape for many years of outstanding work in German film. The award was received by her twin brother in her absence. She died in Paris on November 27, 1989.
