Tsáda is a small city in the west of the Republic of Cyprus .
Location and population
Tsáda is located in the Paphos district in the west of the country, 90 km west of the capital Nicosia and eight km north of Paphos. Tsáda is 612 meters above sea level. In 2001 there were 1043 inhabitants in 431 households.
history
Viticulture has long been the main source of income for most of the community's residents. In addition to the vineyards, wheat, carob trees, olive trees, walnut trees, some fruit trees (oranges, apples, pears) and some vegetables and lentils were also grown in the area.
