The Niehoffs Vaihinger fruit juice based in Lauterecken (formerly Tucano-Holding GmbH , based in Merzig ) is a subsidiary of Mineral Überkingen-Teinach KGaA and heard about these majority-Saarland Brewery Group Karlberg . Niehoffs Vaihinger Fruchtsaft was created in 2004 from the merger of the fruit juice producers Merziger Fruchtgetränke GmbH and Klindworth Fruchtsaft GmbH, which are owned by the Karlsberg Group, with Niehoffs-Vaihinger Fruchtsaft GmbH under the umbrella of Tucano Holding . Beverages Niehoff was originally, until the end of 1997, a family business on the outskirts of the city of Gronau in Westphalia, in the Epe district, which merged with Vaihinger Fruchtsaft GmbH on 1.1.98 .
In the former Tucano-Holding (today: Niehoffs Vaihinger Fruchtsaft), the Karlsberg Brewery KG Weber held 74.95 percent and Friedrich Niehoff with 25.05 percent until December 31, 2007. With effect from January 1, 2008, all shares were sold to Mineralbrunnen Überkingen-Teinach KGaA, which in turn is majority owned by Karlsberg.
