Tuk Tuk as tuktuk Siadong called, is a place in the subdistrict Simanindo on the island of Samosir in Lake Toba , adjacent to the island of Sumatra in the province of North Sumatra in Indonesia . Tuk Tuk last had 2,178 inhabitants in a 2010 census.
The place has established itself with restaurants and cheap accommodation especially for backpackers and package travelers, but there are also higher quality hotels.
