Tulio Quiñones is a former Costa Rican - Peruvian football player on the position of the striker .
biography
Quiñones was born in Costa Rica, but soon came to Peru, where he played for the Circolo Sportivo Italiano and Universitario de Deportes clubs and made it to the Peruvian national team.
In 1945 he went to Mexico , where he first played for the Asociación Deportiva Orizabeña and then the Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz , before he was the top scorer of the Mexican league in the 1952/53 season in the jersey of Club Necaxa .
