The Tuorda Peak is a 870 m high mountain at the Graham Coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises east of Ferin Head .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it using aerial photographs from Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. from 1956 to 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1959 after Pava Lars Nilsson Tuorda (1847-1911), next to Anders Pavasson Rossa (1844-1917) one of two Swedish Sami who Adolf Erik Nordenskiöld 1883 on accompanied an expedition to Greenland and for the first time demonstrated that skiing was a suitable form of transportation in polar regions.
