Turgut Aykaç
Turgut Aykaç (born January 1, 1958 in Adana ) is a former Turkish boxer. He won a bronze medal in featherweight at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles .
After a bye in the first round, he then defeated the Spaniard Raúl Trapero (5: 0), the Dominican Abraham Mieses (tKo) and the Egyptian Mohamed Hegazi (tKo), before he was eliminated in the semifinals against the Nigerian Peter Konyegwachie (0: 5).
At the European Championships in Budapest in 1985 he reached the quarterfinals, where he was defeated against Samson Khachatryan from the Soviet Union.
