Tuva Toftdahl Staver (born May 31, 1990 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Staver took part in junior races until 2010. Since 2010 she has mainly competed in the Scandinavian Cup . She has had two victories so far and finished second in the overall ranking in the 2012/13 season . At the 2010 Junior World Championships in Hinterzarten , she won gold in the relay and bronze in the 10 km pursuit race. She ran her first World Cup race in November 2009 in Beitostølen , which she finished with 41st place over 10 km freestyle. In her first World Cup points in March 2013 in Lahti , she took 30th place over 10 km classic. In March 2014 she achieved 18th place in the 30 km mass start race in Oslo , her best place in an individual World Cup race to date.
