Twilight is a song by the Barbadian pop group Cover Drive . The song was written by the group with the Swedish production team Quiz & Larossi and Ina Wroldsen . It was first released on iTunes on January 22nd, 2012 under the Polydor Records label and immediately rose to number one on the UK charts after its release. For the group it became the first number one hit in the UK charts. The song also appears on Bajan Style , the group's upcoming debut album.
In the week ending February 4, 2012, Twilight jumped straight to number one on the UK charts, with 76,109 sales in the first week. The placement earned the group their second top ten hit after Lick Ya Down and their first number one hit in the UK charts.
