The Twins ( English for twins ; Polish Bliźnięta ) are two directly adjacent rocky outcrops in the Arctowski Mountains of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They rise up in the northern part of the Mount Hopeful massif .
Polish scientists named them in 1981.
