TwoFourTwelve is a crossover guitar duo , consisting of the two concert guitarists Martin Zimny ​​and Aleksandar Vidojevic. The name TwoFourTwelve is short for "Two guitars, four hands, twelve strings".

Career

Martin Zimny ​​and Aleksandar Vidojevic met in Düsseldorf at the Robert Schumann University . They both studied together between 2009 and 2015 in the class of the Cuban guitarist Joaquín Clerch .

Martin Zimny ​​and Aleksandar Vidojevic have played concerts together in Germany since 2011 as part of Yehudi Menuhin'sLive Music Now ” scholarship program . They were officially founded in 2012; In 2014 Uwe Gremmer discovered the duo and took over management. In 2015 they received the scholarship of the “Werner Richard - Dr. Carl Dörken ”Foundation.
