Walter Ten Eyck "Ty" Danco (born October 20, 1955 in New Haven , Connecticut ) is a former American luge athlete .
Danco competed in a two-seater with Richard Healey . They started together at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid . They finished the competition on rank eleven.
Danco attended Middlebury College and graduated in 1977. In 1983 he received a master's degree of Wharten Business School at the University of Pennsylvania . He worked for various investment banks and financial service providers . Danco lives with his wife near Burlington , Vermont .
