The tenth U-17 OFC Nations Cup was in 2003 in Pago Pago , American Samoa , and Sunshine Coast , Australia discharged. The tournament began on February 13th and ended on March 1st, 2003. Australia won and qualified for the 2003 U-17 World Cup .
