The tenth U-17 OFC Nations Cup was in 2003 in Pago Pago , American Samoa , and Sunshine Coast , Australia discharged. The tournament began on February 13th and ended on March 1st, 2003. Australia won and qualified for the 2003 U-17 World Cup .

The eleven teams played a single round in two groups . In contrast to earlier tournaments, no teams were assigned to the group division. The first placed in each group reached the final, which was played in a home and away leg.
