The men's U-19 handball world championship (officially IHF Men's Youth World Championship ) is the official handball competition of the best national teams for male handball players under the age of 19. It has been organized by the International Handball Federation (IHF) since 2005 and has taken place every two years since then.

The current men's U-19 handball world champion is Egypt . The team won the title for the first time in the final in North Macedonia against Germany in 2019 .
