Skalka metro station

Skalka station platform

The Skalka metro station is a station of Prague metro line A in the district of Strašnice ( Prague 10 ). It is located between the Strašnická station and the eastern terminus, Depo Hostivař .

The station went into operation on July 4, 1990 and was the terminus of Line A until May 25, 2006. The platform is 9.25 meters below the surface and is barrier-free accessible via an elevator. There are transfer options to public bus lines.
