UAV Engines AR741 is a rotary engine for use in unmanned aerial vehicles ( UAV ) from the British manufacturer UAV Engines . It is an air-cooled single-disc rotary engine with a particularly favorable weight / performance ratio. The service life between two engine overhauls is 250 hours and has been tested in accordance with FAR 33 . It is possible to run this engine with kerosene .

The motor is used in the AAI RQ-7 drones , the BAI Isis and the Aurora Flight Science Golden Eye 100 , among others .
