Unit4 (until 2010 Unit 4 Agresso ) is an international software company from the Netherlands . The company develops, sells, implements and supports company software to control, support and optimize management and operating processes. Unit4 offers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for selected industries and financial solutions. The Unit4 corporate applications are used worldwide, in particular by service companies, the public sector, non-profit organizations , universities as well as real estate and financial service providers.

Group structure and orientations

Unit4 NV's head office is in Sliedrecht . There are nine other branches in the Netherlands. International offices are located in Belgium, France, Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Canada, the USA and Australia. In 2014, the software company generated sales of EUR 500 million with over 4,100 employees in 26 countries.

The German subsidiary of Unit4 is Unit4 Business Software GmbH (UNIT4 Agresso GmbH until 2011), with 120 employees, looks after the DACH region and has its headquarters in Munich. Unit4 Business Software GmbH has other branches in Cologne, Stuttgart and Halle.

With its ERP solution Unit4 Business World, Unit4 especially addresses project-oriented service providers, real estate companies, municipal and state institutions, universities and research institutions and non-profit organizations. With its industry-neutral financial solution Unit4 Financials, Unit4 is aimed at medium-sized and large companies.

Unit4 Business World On! - Integrated, modular and role-oriented ERP solution which, based on the IT architecture Extent and Relate TM, can also be flexibly and cost-effectively adapted during productive operation. Solution for the areas of personnel management, financial management, planning / budgeting / forecasting, procurement, project costing and accounting, service control and maintenance, reporting and analyzes. The solution was previously listed under the name UNIT4 Agresso.

Unit4 Financials - "Best-of-class" financial management solution which, based on the link architecture, enables the simple and fast integration of existing applications. Solution for the areas of financial accounting, consolidation & cash management, procurement, budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis, process automation. The solution was previously called UNIT4 Coda Financials.

Unit4 KIRP - Completely integrated ERP solution for double accounting in municipalities and process-oriented administrative management. Solution for the areas of planning, resource management, cash, asset accounting, municipal assessment and accounting, cost and performance accounting as well as human resources, procurement, project management, document management and information and workflow management.

Unit4 Business World ProFiskal - Holistic solution for federal and state administrations for an optimized use of public resources. The solution comprises camera and other business management components and meets all budgetary requirements for planning and budgeting, management of budget funds, cash as well as reminders and enforcement, budget accounting, supplemented by comprehensive controlling based on cost and performance accounting, materials management with asset accounting and information management.

Unit4 Consolidation - Is an integrated and comprehensive solution for multi-company companies to optimize internal and external reporting, measure company performance and support a goal-oriented way of working. This system combines powerful, easy-to-use solutions for group-wide consolidation & cash planning with functions for creating reports and analyzes of financial reports. It enables a close connection of operating and transaction data to important performance indicators in connection with full transparency and booking control.

Unit4 Account Analysis - Provides comprehensive, high-performance analysis for easy, fast and economical financial reviews and provides management information. With Unit4 Account Analysis, external auditors and internal audit and control departments receive a solution for the analysis of financial data that delivers well-founded results without the need for special technical knowledge.

Unit4 Audit & Control - The solution for the team of the CFO, internal auditors and compliance officers to carry out and structure tasks relating to corporate governance, risk management, fraud detection, quality assurance and to support internal monitoring.

Unit4 Travel & Expenses - The travel expense management software accelerates the entire process of travel expense accounting, both for the traveling employees and the accounting. Employees can easily submit invoices at any time while on the go. The solution enables complete transparency through the seamless integration of the solution into existing ERP and financial software.

Unit4 E-Bilanz - Unit4 E-Bilanz is a recording and validation tool and ensures the smooth transfer of the electronic balance sheet to the tax authorities. With the solution, the requirements of the legislation can be easily implemented and extensive automation of tax balance sheet data generation can be introduced.
