Union Sportive de la Commune Urbaine d'Antananarivo , known by the abbreviation USCA Foot , is a football club from Antananarivo , the capital of Madagascar .

In 2005 the club won its first national title. He managed the double of championship and cup victory after finishing second in each of the previous year. The club thus qualified for the CAF Champions League , in which the team failed in the second round after a 6-0 defeat in the first leg at Asante Kotoko after only a 1-0 second leg win.
