The Union Sportive Raonnaise is a French football club from Raon-l'Étape , a small town in the Vosges department , at the western foot of the Vosges in the Grand Est region.

It was founded in 1921. The club color is blue; the league team plays in the Stade Paul Gasser , which has a capacity of 4,000 seats.

The first team is currently being trained by Michael Grand. (Status: 2018/19 season)

League affiliation

Raon has never had professional status, nor did he play first class ( Division 1 , renamed Ligue 1 since 2002 ); for the 2007/08 season, the USR is relegated to the fourth-class CFA , the highest amateur league in the country, in which it also competed in 2013/14.

In the 2017/18 season they rose from the bottom of the table from the National 2 to the five-tier National 3 .
