The U Condominiums are two residential buildings under construction in the Canadian city of Toronto , Ontario . Construction began on the two residential buildings in 2010. The buildings were designed by Peter Clewes and Architects Alliance and are being built by the Canadian Pemberton Group . In addition to condominiums, the buildings will have other facilities such as a gym, library, spacious lobby and event hall. The completion of the building is planned for the years 2013/2014.
