Karl Anthony Uchechukwu "Uche" Mubiru Ikpeazu (born February 28, 1995 in London ) is an English - Nigerian football player who is under contract with the Wycombe Wanderers .

Career

Uche Ikpeazu was born in London to Nigerian parents . He began his football career in Reading, about 60 km away, with the local club . From November 2011 to January 2012 Ikpeazu was awarded to Didcot Town in the Southern Football League . In July 2013, the 18-year-old moved to Watford FC after scoring 28 times in 28 games for Reading's U-18 team. For the club from London Ikpeazu did not play a competitive game in the following three years. The young striker was instead loaned out to English third division clubs Crewe Alexandra , Doncaster Rovers to FC Port Vale and FC Blackpool . In August 2016 he moved to the English fourth division club Cambridge United . Two years later he switched to Heart of Midlothian . After the "Hearts" were relegated to the second division in 2020, he moved to the Wycombe Wanderers .
