The residential building Ueddinger Straße 296 , the Kothenhof, is in the Neuwerk -Uedding district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in the 18th century and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. U 010 on February 6, 1992 .

architecture

The Kothenhof property is located northwest of Myllendonk Castle in the Uedding district and in the immediate vicinity of the Huppertzhof, which dates back to the mid-16th century . It is a gable-independent , two-storey, four-axle and longitudinally closed residential building under a half-hipped roof with offsides and a farm building on the side. The construction time is in the 18th century. The half-timbered house is worth protecting as a monument for reasons of settlement history and architecture .
