The Ugashik Bay is a small bay on the northwest coast of the Alaska Peninsula in southwest Alaska .

The 4.5 km wide and 14 km deep bay lies on the edge of Bristol Bay in the southeast of the Bering Sea . Located at its southern head of estuaries of Ugashik River and King Salmon River . In the northeast of the bay, Dago Creek flows into the bay. The bay opens to the northwest to the open sea. The bay exit is flanked by Smoky Point in the north and the headland South Spit in the south. Ugashik Bay is bordered by a partly sandy partly muddy coast. On the east coast of the bay is the Pilot Point settlement . The sea in the area of ​​Ugashik Bay is characterized by a large tidal range , so that in the western part of the bay larger sections of the coast fall dry at low tide.
