Ugo Fasano

Ugo Fasano (born July 4, 1917 in Naples , † February 11, 2002 in Rome ) was an Italian documentary filmmaker .

Life

Fasano studied by occasional appearances as a teenager in the early 1930s, theater directing at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico , also staged some time pieces like Processo a Pulcinella with various theater groups, but turned away in 1948 the documentary to and created numerous works until the mid-1970s. In 1946, as co-director of the film OK John, he made a one-off foray into the feature film sector.

Occasionally, especially after the end of his time as a documentarist, Fasano returned to theater directing.
