Uhlandstrasse 71 and 73 (Heilbronn)
The semi-detached house at Uhlandstrasse 71 and 73 in Heilbronn is a listed building that was built in 1906/07 for master carpenter K. Klenk and landlord H. Creyaufmüller according to plans by master builder Carl Mödinger.

The late historic house is located on Uhlandstrasse, one of the north-south axes of the historic industrial and workers' residential area on the southern edge of the old town in Heilbronn.
history
In 1950 No. 71 belonged to the heirs of Gottfried Setzer, No. 73 to Hermann Unrath. The architect Karl Mogler lived and worked on the first floor of No. 73 . In 1961 the house No. 71 belonged to Otto Setzer, who lived on Bismarckstrasse. No. 73 was still owned by Hermann Unrath, but the architect Mogler had moved out.

The monument topography mentions in particular the colored and contrasting masonry and the surface-accentuated geometric decoration of the verticals in the design of the facade.
