Ulmil , also Ulmildae , is the name of a pavilion in Moranbong Park in Pyongyang , North Korea .
history
The building was erected in the 6th century and has probably been destroyed in the meantime. It was rebuilt in 1714 during the Yi Dynasty . It was named after a general Ulmil who defended Mount Moran.

Nowadays it is used, among other things, as a lookout point . The pavilion is a listed building and is therefore registered as National Treasure No. 19 . It is located in the Moranbong-guyŏk district .
Remarks
In 2008, a stamp worth 85 won was issued with a picture of the pavilion.
