Ulrike Gonder

Ulrike Gonder (* 1961 ) is a German author and ecotrophologist . She is co-founder of the "European Institute for Food and Nutritional Sciences eV". In her books she deals with nutrition and the possible errors of nutritional science . One of her main focuses are healthy fats and high-fat diets such as B. the ketogenic diet or low-carb diets.
