Gema Umbrasienė (born April 9, 1958 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian politician, former mayor of Panevėžys .
Life
After graduating from the 10th Šiauliai Middle School in 1975 , she graduated from the Vilniaus Universitetas Faculty of Economics in 1980 .
From 1990 to 1991 she was the mayor of Panevėžys. From 1992 to 2003 worked in banks and companies in Panevėžys. From 2004 to 2008 she was the head of Panevėžys District . From 2008 to 2011 she was the deputy mayor of Panevėžys. From 2011 to 2015 she was a member of the Panevėžys City Council.
She teaches at the Panevėžys Institute of Kauno technologijos universitetas .
She is a member of Lietuvos valstiečių liaudininkų sąjunga .
