Umor

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Khan Umor ( Bulgarian Умор ) briefly ruled Bulgaria in 766.

According to the Bulgarian Prince List , Umor , who belonged to the Wolkil family, ruled for only 40 days. Apparently, like his predecessor, Sabin , who had been driven into exile , he was one of the supporters of a lasting peace with the Byzantine Empire and, like the latter, was expelled due to his policy of equalization.
