One day Sir Williams , his boss and head of the facility, asked him for a report. The somewhat opaque Colonel Travers is also present during the mysterious and rather insignificant conversation . A little disconcerted by the conversation, Russell investigates further and finally finds out the truth: Travers works for the secret service . For some time now, confidential documents that have been smuggled into Nazi Germany by a stranger have been disappearing from the research facility . As a spy of the Germans Travers suspects apparently Russell because this German roots has.

Since he is constantly watched by Travers people and is also not allowed to leave the premises, Russell sets out on his own to prove his innocence and to expose the real traitor. He only receives support from Audrey , Sir Williams' secretary, who is also secretly in love with the bookworm.

Together, the duo track down the defector who also walks over corpses ...

Presentation and control

  • The game is a graphic adventure tailored to the Nintendo DS , which is based on the point-and-click style. You act from the so-called " 3rd person " perspective, that is, you control the main characters from the perspective of a third party.
  • In this case, the touchscreen pen replaces the cursor, as is usually the case with adventure games. By puncturing certain places, objects and people, the game figure runs to this point or interacts with these objects.
    • If an interaction is possible with an object, this is indicated by a magnifying glass and hand symbol. When you tap the magnifying glass, the object is viewed; when you touch the hand symbol, you interact with it.
    • When you tap a person, a speech bubble appears instead of a hand, which you can use to enter into a dialogue with the person.
    • In the case of cutscenes, a pocket watch symbol is displayed in the upper left corner.
    • If a door with an arrow appears, you can leave the current game screen in this direction. With a single tap at normal speed, with a double tap immediately.
  • The inventory of the character, which can be seen on the top screen, can be activated using the upper button of the directional pad. By tapping on it, an object selected there is transferred to the game screen and can be combined with other objects there. Inventory objects can also be used one below the other by tapping and dragging on the object to be combined.
  • By tapping the lower directional pad button, all available items on the game screen and all exits are displayed.
  • A map appears when you press the L button.
  • In between you can switch between John and Audrey using the R key. This is even necessary for some puzzles.

useful information

  • From the previous game Undercover: Operation Winter Sun appears next to Russell himself and Colonel Travers again.
