Unisport Bafang
The university sports Bafang (UniSport FC du Haut Nkam) is a football club from Bafang , Cameroon . He plays his games in the Stade Municipal (Bafang) (approx. 5000 seats).
The club was founded in 1959 and played in the top division of Cameroon for the first time in the early 1990s . Initially with moderate success, the club surprisingly managed to win the championship title in 1996. After that, the success disappeared and the club was temporarily relegated to, in the following season again. It wasn't until 2000 that they reached the cup final for the first time, but lost 1-0 to Kumbo Strikers . They also lost the finals in 2005 and 2011. In 2012 they defeated the New Star Douala with 2-0 goals . Since then, the club has been waiting for further successes.
