The CAF Confederation Cup 2013 was the tenth edition of the second most important competition for African football clubs. This year, a total of 59 teams took part in the competition, coming from 41 of the 59 regional associations of the CAF .

The trophy began with the first leg of the preliminary round on February 16, 2013 and ended with the second leg of the final on November 30, 2013. This year, CS Sfax won their fourth title, which was 3-2 (2-0 1: 2) prevailed against Tout Puissant Mazembe .

  • If there was a tie after the first and second leg, the away goals rule was initially applied and then no extra time was played, but the winner was determined directly in the penalty shoot-out.
