The Universidad Intercultural de las Nacionalidades y Pueblos Indígenas Amawtay Wasi (UIAW; Spanish and kichwa for Intercultural University of Indigenous Peoples and Nations House of Wisdom ) is an intercultural university in Quito , Ecuador , which was founded in 2004 and focuses on the knowledge of the indigenous peoples of America has been.
